We will do our best to accommodate all in-person attendees in collaboration with the Houston Food Bank! There will be a gender-neutral bathroom available on the same floor as the conference. Chairs for higher-weight individuals can be reserved ahead of time.

The best way to get from your lodging to the Houston Food Bank is via car. If you are driving, there is a parking lot located in the front and back of the building. The parking lot in the back of the building requires an ~10-15 minute indoor walk to reach the room where the conference is held. If you use a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft, they can drop you off at the front of the Food Bank.
If you are staying downtown or would like to meet downtown, we have hired a shuttle to transport folks to and from Hotel ICON and the Houston Food Bank.

Unlike past years, these sessions will be live-streamed and recorded from the Houston Food Bank. Questions can still be submitted via the Q&A box during the presentations and will be read aloud to the presenter based on time allotments.

There are two airports in Houston. Both are about equal distance from Downtown Houston. Depending on which airline you prefer to fly will determine which airport is best.
The two airports are George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) located about 25 minutes north of the city and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) located about 25 minutes southeast of the city.
